How I handle your information.

When you use the enquiry form on this site, I collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address and phone number, along with any context you provide about your event (date, venue, guest count, package interest).

I use this information to reply to your enquiry, send a tailored quote, and — if you book — coordinate the performance on the day.

For security and fraud prevention, my server also records the IP address the enquiry was sent from, together with the time it was received. This is used only to investigate spam or abuse of the form.

I keep enquiry and booking details until you ask me to delete them. If you'd like your information removed at any time, just email matt@msbmagic.co.uk and I'll confirm once it's done.

IP addresses attached to enquiries are kept for a short period only — no longer than 12 months — and are then deleted.

Email correspondence is handled through Zoho Mail, which stores messages on its servers so I can read and reply to them. Beyond email, all other systems used to manage enquiries, bookings and the website are first-party — there are no third-party analytics, advertising trackers or CRMs sharing your enquiry details.

This site does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Only the cookies and local storage strictly required to load the site and remember in-page state (for example, prefilling the enquiry form with a package you selected) are used.

The site is served over HTTPS. The enquiry form submits to my own backend and is delivered to my inbox — credentials and admin tools are not exposed to visitors. I keep accounts protected with strong, unique passwords and additional sign-in protection where the provider supports it.

No system is risk-free. If you discover a security issue with the site, please report it to me at matt@msbmagic.co.uk so I can investigate.

You can ask me at any time to:

• Confirm what information I hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong or out of date.
• Delete your details from my records.
• Stop using your information for future contact.

Requests are usually handled within a few working days.
